Donaldson Toolbox onine has arrived! In this latest version we have incorporated all the key functions that you have commonly used in our traditional PC based Toolbox, and added some exciting new features that will enhance your user experience and add value to your business.

The full Toolbox application is for exclusive use by our valued partners, customers and authorised dealers and you will therefore require a login to access all the Toolbox functionality.


If you are an end-user of our products and you want to find information on Donaldson parts including cross reference information you can do so by clicking on the Toolbox Lite icon in the menu above.



Exciting New Toolbox Features


  • Create Product Bulletins - this exciting new feature enables you to create a product data sheet for any Donaldson part. Simply click on the PDF icon on the Donaldson Part Detail section and a PDF will be immediately available to you for download, printing or emailing.

  • Multiple Part Attribute Search - We have enhanced our part attribute search to allow for searches to be conducted using multiple attributes including filter type, beta (micron), length, outer diameter and thread size. the benefit to you is much more refined search results that makes finding the right filter much easier.

  • Multiple Part Search - Now you can search for as many parts as you like instead of just one at a time. Either add parts one by one to the Part & Cross Reference Search, or for a large list of parts use our Bulk cross Reference Search function by simply uploading a spreadsheet.

  • Enhanced Part Detail Display - New additional information is now displayed for specific product types. For example you'll see that initial air flow restriction for air cleaner housings are included, and flow rates for ejectors and separators is now available, as well as attenuation and back pressure rating for mufflers.
