Most farmers and construction companies have their own fuel tanks, many of them aging. In the past there were limited options for filtering and it was was not unusual to find no filtration on these tanks.

One model of filter that was widely used has yellowish plastic bowl and takes a P550674 cartridge (Fleetguard FF246). Many manufacturers have versions of this product but it has limits to its capabilities.

Donaldson can offer a cost effective solution to this by combining a P564147 Head Assembly with a P561183 Spin on filter. This combination will give you a flow range of 60 gpm (227 L/pm), a working pressure of 150 psi (10.3 bar), which are suitable for gravity feed systems.

The element uses water absorbing media with a beta 200 rating of 10 micron.

Head port size are 1 5/8” - 12 SAE. The head can be fitted with a P563298 gauge for ease of service.
